As an Electrical and I&C Engineer, Mr. Bailey has 20+ years of hands-on design-build experience and management responsibility over multi-disciplinary projects, including Power Distribution, I&C and SCADA.  As a consulting engineer and systems integrator, he has commissioned over 250 individual, industrial PLC/SCADA systems in multiple industrial/commercial settings.  During this time he has had supervisory responsibility over design, commissioning, testing and acceptance of equipment and processes. Mr. Bailey also has significant experience working within Engineering and Software Quality programs for nuclear and clean-room facilities.  His credentials are as follows:
